The electric lifting platform is a multifunctional lifting and unloading mechanical equipment, electric lifting platform lifting system, which is driven by hydraulic pressure. It is composed of walking mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, electric control mechanism and supporting mechanism.

The scissor mechanical structure makes the lifting platform have higher stability, and the wide working platform and higher carrying capacity make the high-altitude operation wider and suitable for multiple people to work at the same time. It makes aerial work more efficient and safer.

Broad classification of lifting platforms: fixed and mobile. Fixed types include: scissor lift platform, chain lift, loading and unloading platform, etc. Mobile type is divided into: hydraulic lift, hydraulic lifting platform, four-wheel mobile lifting platform, two-wheel traction lifting platform, car modified lifting platform, hand-push lifting platform, hand-cranked lifting platform, AC and DC dual-purpose lifting platform , Battery vehicle-mounted lifting platform, self-propelled lifting platform, diesel engine crank arm self-propelled lifting platform, folding arm lifting platform, cylinder-mounted lifting platform, aluminum alloy lifting platform, the lifting height is from 1 meter to 30 meters. Specific classification of electric lifting platform: standard electric lifting platform, double scissor electric lifting platform, ultra-low electric lifting platform, large table electric lifting platform, small table electric lifting platform, U-shaped electric lifting platform.

1. The lifting platform has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. When using it, it only needs to be connected to the power supply, and the hydraulic and electrical systems do not need to be adjusted.

2. Before using the platform, carefully check the hydraulic and electrical systems, and use it only after there is no leakage or bare leakage.

3. When the lifting platform is in use, the four outriggers should be firmly supported on a solid ground (subject to the fact that the walking wheels will leave the ground). If necessary, sleepers can be used.

4. The lifting platform can be operated with load after 1-3 times of empty running.

5. The center of gravity of the load should be at the center of the workbench as much as possible.

6. The movable doors at both ends of the protective railing should be closed and locked before working.

7. When in use, tighten the knob of the oil return valve clockwise, push the handle of the manual reversing valve down to the neutral position, start the motor to make the system work, then pull the reversing handle to the lifting position, the platform lifts, and reaches the desired position. When the height is adjusted, push the reversing handle to the neutral position, the lifting platform will stop rising, and at the same time turn off the motor to start working. When descending, loosen the oil return valve (rotate counterclockwise) and the platform can descend by its own weight. (Note: the motor cannot be reversed)

8. When using a manual pump, firstly tighten the knob of the oil return valve clockwise, push the handle to the neutral position, and press the handle to lift the platform. When descending, loosen the oil return valve and the platform descends.
